Nanyang Keda Electric Co., Ltd , found in2011 , Is located in the Jinguan science and technology parks in the beautiful scenery jade city Zhenping county of Nanyang , covering an area of over 13000 square meters . With more than 12 million RMB initial investments , the enterprises dedicated to research and production of zinc oxide varistors to serve the arrester assembly enterprises , which is always in with high-tech driven , customer requirement guided , professional , concentrate , supplying high quality , cost-efficient products . Yearly production and sales have been raised from 30million in 2012 to 120 million in 2016 . Now products are well-received domestic and oversea market , product quality and after-sales service has highly praise from customers .
There are more than 50 sets of advanced production equipment : 2 sets of particle-spray machine , 10 tunnels , including 4 sets 16-meter due-pulling and tri-pulling tunnels , with the monthly capacity of 100T ZnO ; 2 sets of 3000A square wave test equipment , 1 set of varistor automatic D.C parameter tests cod machine , 1 set of ultrasonic cleaning equipment , 1 set of wave-adjustable current impulse generator , as well as some other professional test instrument , like 100kV D . C HV generator , DC and AC aging test instrument , laser particle size analyzer to control the varistor processing parameter and test performance .
There are a number of senior technical personnels that has ever been engaged in varistor products research and development in the domestic large and medium-sized enterprises for a long time , with strong technology and research and development capabilities . High gradient zinc oxide varistor , high power zinc oxide varistor , DC zinc oxide varistor of all specifications have been developed , which can meet the assembly requirements of common lightning arrester , GIS . UHV DC powers transmission and rail transformation . Performance tests has been approved by Xi 'an High Voltage Appliance Research Institute and the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Insulator and Surge Arrester . The company has passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system .
